There are suggestions in the book as to the number of repetitions you may perform. However, I encourage you to design your practice as you wish. In this book the concept of yoga is not explained. I consider understanding of yoga to be sacred knowledge and assume that you are using these asanas as part of a holistic approach to wellness. This book is designed to help you focus on your body. Especially, to be aware of your body during working hours. With mindful breathing, you create an awareness of yourself. Then, you may use the asanas to revitalise the body and release any tension.
