I have been attending Tamara’s practices for some time. I really like her holistic and individual approach to each participant. She always prepares the space so that I can relax and have everything I need for the practice. I am glad that there is a big emphasis on the correct execution of exercises. Through the practices, I have learned proper breathing and exercises that I can also do at home. After the practice, I feel relaxed and filled with energy. Each practice is a surprise, and I always get exactly what I need at that moment. I have learned to listen to and stress my body to the extent that it is supportive for me. Tamara is also a treasure trove of knowledge, so I gladly return to her practices and workshops, which are also very informative. Therefore, I look forward to all future training and workshops.
