I’m Tamara Miler – a former athlete with 18 years of competitive swimming experience. My passion for sports led me to study psychology in the United States, and later, I began exploring the connections between the physical body, mind, emotions, and spirituality. My journey of learning has always been driven by curiosity—initially to better understand myself, and eventually to gain a deeper understanding of the human experience as a whole. Even during my athletic career, I understood that success depends on many factors—no matter how well-prepared the body is, without the right mental focus and the heart´s alignment, the results simply won’t follow.

This understanding shapes everything I do today. I believe we are a reflection of our stories, habits, thoughts, emotions, patterns, energy, and the way we connect with our bodies—all the elements that come together to make us whole.
When someone asks who I am, I simply say, “Tamara.” But behind that name is someone deeply committed to living authentically and true to myself—first and foremost, for the essence of who I am.

WHAT DO I DO TODAY?
I regularly teach yoga, Qi Gong, and meditation in Slovenia. Everything I share is centered on presence and awareness, and my approach to teaching is uniquely my own. Why? Because I value practicality and love blending ancient practices with modern techniques, creating a harmonious synergy between the two. My classes integrate elements of neurobiodynamics and myofascial programming, ensuring that everyone who joins me gets the most out of the experience—on every level.

I believe that tuning into the body and truly feeling all sensations—whether pleasant or uncomfortable—is one of the greatest gifts we have. When we turn inward and begin to truly feel, we uncover parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked, suppressed, or neglected. It’s through this gradual process of discovery that we move closer to our unique truth and we allow the life flow through us.
These principles form the foundation of my approach.
It’s how I live my life, and it’s how I invite my clients to begin exploring themselves. I believe that no one else can truly know what lies within your body—only you can. Teachers, coaches, and therapists are here to guide the process and provide support, ensuring you don’t have to navigate the journey alone.
In addition to teaching, I dedicate my time to lecturing on topics of well-being, the nervous system, thoughts, emotions, and the essence of what makes us human. Lecturing feels like a natural extension of who I am—it gives me the chance to share research, insights, and personal experiences in a way that lights a spark of curiosity in others and encourages them to dive deeper into self-exploration.

This journey, however, never truly ends. Life has a way of challenging us with its ups and downs, and how we navigate these moments depends on many factors, including the support we have around us.
