I have been attending Tamara’s practices for some time. I really like her holistic and individual approach to each participant. She always prepares the space so that I can relax and have everything I need for the practice. I am glad that there is a big emphasis on the correct execution of exercises. Yoga became a regular practice for me several years ago, initially as a form of physical exercise, and gradually evolved into a deeper sense of self-awareness. However, it was only when I started working individually with Tamara that yoga took on a completely new meaning for me. It became a practice for my soul, for accepting myself, and then for my body, nothing forced, with total respect for myself, my body, the day, and my current mood. We explore different styles of yoga, to which Tamara adds a wealth of other knowledge, techniques for muscle relaxation, myofascial release, nerve flossing, sound, and aroma therapy. With Tamara’s help, I’ve discovered parts of myself (both body and soul) that were often overlooked, invisible. Here, I always feel accepted and seen.

My visits to yoga with Tamara were initially one-hour “escapes” from the responsibilities of being a mother to a baby and a toddler. With regular practice, they became much more. They helped me rediscover my center, the peace of my restless soul. Several times a day, when various events take their course, I remember the breathing skills I’ve acquired, which often extinguish tension before it flares into an uncontrollable fire.
