Yoga became a regular practice for me several years ago, initially as a form of physical exercise, and gradually evolved into a deeper sense of self-awareness. However, it was only when I started working individually with Tamara that yoga took on a completely new meaning for me. It became a practice for my soul, for accepting myself, and then for my body, nothing forced, with total respect for myself, my body, the day, and my current mood. We explore different styles of yoga, to which Tamara adds a wealth of other knowledge, techniques for muscle relaxation, myofascial release, nerve flossing, sound, and aroma therapy. With Tamara’s help, I’ve discovered parts of myself (both body and soul) that were often overlooked, invisible. Here, I always feel accepted and seen.
