Yoga – Designed for Swimmers
This manual is meant for swimmers of all ages. For a retired swimmer, for someone who is at the top of their career or just at the beginning of it. It is also a great tool for coaches who aspire to add dynamic to their coaching. The material is based on my 18 years of experience as a swimmer and as a yoga teacher. While creating this tool, I took into consideration everything that a swimmer needs. Warmup exercises, strength and balance, flexibility and relaxation, as well as the mental preparation and regeneration. The aim of this e-book is to start living a new way as a swimmer, a mindful swimmer who pays attention to every single detail. So, I invite you to the journey of exploration of becoming the best version of yourself, as a swimmer and as a human being.
