The e-book Yoga at the workplace is specially designed to relieve the body when sitting for hours. The exercises are designed so that you can perform them sitting or standing, in the office, in front of the television, or wherever you find convenient. Although recommendations are given for the number of repetitions, you can adjust them to your needs. The book does not go into the conceptual foundations of yoga, as it is a very extensive and sacred field. The asanas or poses that derive from this broad concept are explained. With the e-book, I mainly want to encourage you not to forget yourself while sitting for hours. Conscious breathing alone can do a lot, and asanas are an additional step to invigorate the body.
